About

Built in 1990 as somebody's headquarters. Still cared for like it.

Pembroke House is a two storey building put up to a high specification as the head office of a local property developer. It's been run as executive serviced offices ever since.

The building

Large double glazed windows keep the suites bright and warm, and every radiator has its own control valve so each office can set its own temperature. There's a good amount of internal storage, which is rarer than it sounds.

It was extended before we took it on, which is how it comes to have twenty-seven offices and the boardroom under one roof.

The setting

The building sits in its own landscaped grounds, with lawns and shrubs kept up all year. It's a better place to arrive at than most business park addresses, and a better place to walk a phone call round.

Parking and getting in

Parking is free and there's room for about 55 cars, so nobody circles the block before a meeting and your visitors don't arrive irritated. Visitor spaces are in front of the building, and there are five electric car charging pods on site.

We're on Llantarnam Park, a short drive from the A4042 and either junction 25A or 26 of the M4.
