Every office is on a single monthly licence fee covering everything: no rates bill to budget for, no service charge landing in March and nothing to negotiate with a landlord. If your team changes size, we'll move you along the corridor. If you only need a desk, that starts at £100 a month.

Just need a desk?
A desk here is £100 a month including VAT, on a rolling monthly contract. No six month commitment, no deposit of two months' rent, and you can stop whenever it stops being useful.
You get the building on the same terms as everyone else: free parking, the Pod Point chargers, a staffed reception taking your post in and meeting your visitors, and the kitchen. It suits people who work from home most of the week and want somewhere proper to go, or a new business that isn't ready for a room of its own yet.
What the monthly fee covers
Rent, business rates, service charge and property management. Fixtures and fittings including carpets and blinds. Power, within reasonable use. Incoming post taken in and handled in confidence.
Your office cleaned, the windows cleaned, the kitchen and shower kept up, and the gardens and grounds looked after all year.
Water and heating, with individual valves on the radiators so you can set your own temperature. Free parking with room for about 55 cars. Five Pod Point charge points on site, which drivers pay for through the Pod Point app.

How much does an office cost?
It depends on the size of the room. Ring 01633 838485 and tell us how many desks you need, and we'll give you a figure the same day. Whatever the number, it is one monthly fee with nothing else to pay.
Can I just rent a desk instead?
Yes. A desk is £100 a month including VAT, on a rolling monthly contract, so you are not tied in for six months and there is no large deposit. It comes with the same parking, reception and kitchen as an office.
What is included in the monthly fee?
Rent, business rates, the service charge, property management, heating, water, power, office and window cleaning, the kitchen and shower, grounds maintenance, and free parking. You get one invoice a month.
How long do I have to sign up for?
An office is six months minimum, and after that you can give 60 days' notice whenever you like. It's a licence agreement rather than a lease, so there's no dilapidations bill at the end. A desk is rolling monthly.
What deposit do you take?
For an office, two months' rental as a deposit plus your first month up front. The deposit comes back to you when you leave, less anything owing. A desk does not need a deposit of that kind.
Is there electric car charging?
Yes. Five Pod Point charge points on site. You pay for the electricity through the Pod Point app, the same as any other Pod Point, so there's nothing to settle with us.
Is there parking?
Yes, and it's free. There's room for about 55 cars, with visitor spaces in front of the building and five Pod Point charge points.
Can I look round before I decide?
Please do. Reception is staffed through the working day, so ring or send an enquiry and we'll show you what's free at the moment. Half an hour is usually enough.
What if my team grows or shrinks?
We move you into a different office in the same building rather than watch you leave. Twenty-five offices means there's usually something that fits.
Where exactly are you?
Pembroke House, Llantarnam Park Way, Cwmbran, NP44 3AU. Llantarnam Park is signposted from the A4042, and junction 25A or 26 of the M4 will get you here in around fifteen minutes.
Six months to start, then 60 days' notice
This is how an office works. You sign a licence agreement rather than a lease, which keeps things short. The minimum term is six months, and after that you can give 60 days' notice at any point. Desk space is different: that runs month to month.
To move in you pay a deposit equal to two months' rental plus your first month up front. Rent is due on the first of each month. The deposit comes back to you when you leave, less anything owing.
