Every room has a screen and a computer, so you can run a Teams or Zoom call with people in the room and people dialling in. Book by the hour or the day, whether you're based here or not. Parking is free and reception will meet your visitors.

Good for interviews, one-to-ones and a quick meeting with a client who'd rather not come to your kitchen table.

Medium meeting room
Room for a small team day, a supplier meeting or a round of interviews without anyone perching.
£45 per hour / £225 per day
The Boardroom
The largest room. Suits board meetings, client presentations and training days.
£60 per hour / £300 per day
What's in every room
A screen and a computer, set up for virtual meetings. Run Teams, Zoom or anything else without bringing a laptop, passing a cable round the table or hunting for an adapter. Tea is included, along with filtered chilled water. There's a coffee machine if you'd like one, at a small charge, and you're welcome to use the kitchen and make your own.
Room hire rates are before VAT. There's more than one room in most sizes, so ring and we'll find you a slot.
Before you book
Do I have to be a tenant to hire a room?
No. Anyone can book one. Plenty of the people who use our rooms work from home or are visiting the area for the day.
What does it cost?
The small room seats 6 and is £30 an hour or £150 a day. The medium room seats 8 and is £45 an hour or £225 a day. The boardroom seats 12 and is £60 an hour or £300 a day. All before VAT.
Can I run a Teams or Zoom meeting?
Yes. Every room is set up for virtual meetings, with a screen and a computer already in it, so you can have people round the table and people dialling in without bringing a laptop or hunting for an adapter.
Are refreshments included?
Tea and filtered chilled water are included. There's a coffee machine at a small charge, and you're welcome to use the kitchen and make your own.
Where do my visitors park?
In front of the building, free of charge. There's room for about 55 cars, and five Pod Point charge points if anyone needs to top up.
